Products and colours

Product images are styled representations of each design. The actual colour, print placement and embroidery can vary slightly between fabric batches and hand-finished pieces, and colours can look different on different screens. Each listing states the fabric, fit and length, so you know what to expect.

Pricing

Each style has one fixed price, shown as the MRP in Indian Rupees inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may cancel an order because of stock issues, suspected fraud or an unserviceable pincode. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. See Cancellations for details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, photographs, text and the Vilasya name and logo, belongs to Vilasya and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
